A goal is akin to a magnet which attracts all the energies of life to a single direction. To be successful in life a person should utilize all his energies to achieve the objective. His focus is to achieve the target he manifested for himself and should work hard on it as in do or die. People need not indulge in any extra attractions of life when they have a well defined aim for themselves.
Even if some one is extremely intelligent then also keeping focus on two unlike things at a time is relatively difficult. This results defeat in both the actions taken at the same time. When successful people act upon for a particular goal then they only focus on it whole heartily. They make the most of there energies to attain that particular goal. With thoughts on unlike issues, we can never get victory in life. Enormous personalities from intact world have one familiar feature, which is to locate all there energies to achieve a singular goal in life. They never thought about elsewhere apart from there goal. Great Lincoln has a tremendous concentration power that he can recite all his childhood lectures. This is one of the greatest examples of Focused vision in life.
Intellectual people with a particular aspiration certainly get the success. Also there success is more significant in comparison to the success of other people, who put there energies in various directions. Even weak people can achieve success by focusing there sight on single goal and particular pathway to achieve that goal.
To be a winner in today’s world, we should focus on a particular goal and must work hard to attain it successfully.

My title
Indian education is facing an awful phase of ragging nowadays. India is shocked with two brutal ragging incidences recently. A student lost his life in a medical college hostel in Himachal Pradesh as a result of ragging. In Andhra Pradesh, India a student of Agriculture College opt out suicide after getting frustrated by the ragging. Supreme Court of India has now come into battle against ragging. Supreme Court issue a notice to the state governments of Himachal Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh, also the officials of respective state’s Institutes. This proves that neither our government nor our educational institutes are captivating any actions to end this ragging. Also they don’t take any action against the culprits of ragging cruelty later.
Supreme Court has issued proper guidelines to get rid of ragging by implying strict regulations. In the year 2001 Supreme Court formulate rules on the basis of Unnikrishnan Committee’s report on ragging. Court asked the Principal and concern teachers to be answerable primarily if ragging take place in the institutes. Officials of the institute would be responsible if such kind of crime happen. Also Supreme Court agrees to the Raghavan committee’s course of action against ragging.
Beside all these laws and measures to prevent ragging, such offenses are still growing in our educational institutes. This evidently verifies that Institutes have no control over ragging. Serious consequences are still coming out of this ragging offense in our educational institutes.
This undoubtedly signifies lack of sincerity of the educational institutes and our society against ragging. Ragging culture is not new in the educational institutes but a decade before at least some measures were implemented to control it. But now educational institutes are not functioning properly to eradicate this kind of Ragging virus from education. Court asked institutes to build a committee, which is going to detect ragging in the institutes and also students can complain against ragging to the committee. Incidences happened in Himachal Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh shows either such committees were not there or they were not effectual enough to prevent ragging.
I believe we need to have an open interaction between old and new students in the institutes, this will generate friendliness. I hope Government, Educational Institutes and court can come up with strict law against ragging. We anticipate seeing no further ragging and no more serious consequences of this ragging.

In recent times the one thing which is coming in limelight is the people under protest at many places across our nation. The most recent is the dread at one of the pub in Mangalore, where a group of youths behave badly with girls for coming into pub. There fight is for the cultural preservation, according to them women in pub is against the Indian culture. This issue is really serious as we can not allow anyone to meddle with law and order; also the issue which is more serious is that the youth of our nation are getting aggressive and fierce.
Our nation to a large extent is youth populated nation, so such things happening periodically are relatively apparent. This is just one example of youth’s violence, there are many such cases across the country. Even in Maharashtra state, people endure a lot the violence created by youths in the name of regionalism. Also Karnataka and Tamilnadu faced nuisance created by the youths. I think today’s youth is been tainted by many people and many organizations for there own interest. Youth of today’s time is getting aimless, that is the reason they get into all kind of agitations and protests without counting it after affects. They have loads of power to get into such activities. Youths can revolutionize to fetch excellence in the society if there energy is utilizing appropriately and in meticulous direction. Frustration among youths is leading them towards agitation and violence.
This is the high time for us to stand up and fight back against any violence, which disturbs our law and order. We require to offer direction to our youth so that we can use there strength in the development of our nation.

It was a great revolutionize day in the history with the oath of Barack Obama as new President of United States of America. This is the biggest example of triumph over racialism. In his first speech as the President, Barack Obama emphasized on current recession and to overcome this issue with the shore up of each and every citizen of the country. Intact world is looking forward to his journey of hopes which he has given away to everyone. Even India is also looking ahead for Barack Obama on the issues like Kashmir issue between India and Pakistan, Nuclear deal and Outsourcing. Obama’s policy on outsourcing could affect India’s IT business as Obama can stop subsidy to the America’s companies which opt for outsourcing. India has a big market in America for its IT Business also lots of employment in India is with outsourcing companies. The biggest challenge for Barack Obama is to conquest recession and get back to capitalized status of America. In Obama’s Campaign, we believe in his speech, where he ends up with “Yes We Can” slogan. This slogan gives lots of hope and togetherness for the change to be done. The best leader is the one who actually knows what he wants and also to make everybody aware of the significance of each one’s contribution to the mission of success.
